Virtual Nutrition Therapy for OSFED, Orthorexia & Disordered Eating

You do not need a classic or "severe" diagnosis to deserve care and support. Many people struggle deeply with food, exercise compulsion, and body image without meeting full diagnostic criteria for anorexia or bulimia. I offer compassionate, non-judgmental virtual nutrition therapy for individuals experiencing OSFED, Orthorexia, chronic dieting, and disordered eating across Florida, New York, California, Texas, and worldwide.

Healing Your Relationship With Food

Together, we explore the unhelpful rules, anxiety, and obsession surrounding your daily eating. Whether you are caught in a cycle of strict clean eating, fluctuating between restriction and overeating, or feeling constantly consumed by food thoughts, we work toward flexibility and peace. Our focus is on rebuilding trust with your body, establishing consistent nourishment, and letting go of food guilt.

Individualized, Non-Diet Outpatient Support

Disordered eating looks different for everyone. Your care plan is tailored to your unique routine, recovery goals, and medical history. With your permission, I collaborate closely with your physician, therapist, or outpatient treatment team to ensure comprehensive, aligned care. You do not need to wait until things get worse before reaching out.

Taking the First Step

If you feel that food takes up far too much of your mental energy, you are welcome to send me a short message. We can discuss your concerns, confirm care authorization in your state or country, and explore how virtual nutrition care can help you find food freedom.

You can start with a question. Sending a message does not commit you to an appointment.

Understanding OSFED, Orthorexia & Disordered Eating

What is OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder)?

OSFED is a formal clinical diagnosis for individuals who experience severe eating disorder symptoms—such as restriction, purging, or bingeing—that do not meet the exact diagnostic criteria for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, or Binge Eating Disorder. OSFED is just as serious and clinically significant as any other eating disorder, and it requires specialized medical and nutritional care.

What is Orthorexia Nervosa?

Orthorexia is an unhealthy obsession with "clean," "pure," or perfect eating. While eating nutritious food is generally healthy, orthorexia occurs when rigid dietary rules cause severe anxiety, social isolation, malnutrition, or extreme guilt when "unhealthy" foods are consumed. Food rules become restrictive and controlling, taking over a person's life and mental well-being.

What is the Difference Between Disordered Eating and an Eating Disorder?

Disordered eating describes a range of irregular eating behaviors—such as chronic dieting, skipping meals, anxiety around social dining, or rigid exercise rules—that may not meet the full criteria for an eating disorder. However, disordered eating can cause significant distress and frequently escalates over time. You do not need to be "sick enough" to seek help.

You don’t have to do this alone.
