Telehealth Eating Disorder Nutrition Therapy
Meet with me online from the privacy and comfort of your home. Based in Miami, Florida, I provide bilingual virtual nutrition therapy in English and Spanish for children, adolescents, and adults across Florida, New York, California, Texas, and authorized practice locations worldwide. Start with a free 10-minute consultation to ask questions, share your concerns, and explore whether virtual care is the right fit for your recovery goals.
Where Can You Receive Telehealth Care?
I hold my primary dietitian license in Florida, and provide authorized virtual nutrition therapy across California, New York, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Georgia. Virtual care is also available for international clients with sessions offered fully bilingually in English and Spanish. When you reach out, simply let me know where you will be located during appointments, and I will confirm care availability for your location before scheduling.
How Virtual Appointments Work
All virtual sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to protect your medical privacy. Once we discuss your needs and confirm care availability in your state or country, I will arrange your appointment directly and send clear joining instructions. Appointments are coordinated personally with me-there is no automated booking calendar.
Comprehensive Outpatient Care Coordination
Virtual nutrition care is seamlessly integrated into your overall health plan. Some clients require local in-person medical monitoring, lab work, or psychotherapeutic support alongside nutrition therapy. With your permission, I collaborate directly with your physician, therapist, or outpatient team to ensure unified, safe care.
Is Virtual Care as Effective as In-Person Therapy?
It is completely natural to wonder if nutrition therapy can be just as effective through a screen. Many people assume that eating disorders can only be treated in an office setting. However, clinical evidence shows that virtual care is just as effective and, in many cases, offers unique advantages.
Working directly from your own environment allows us to address food and eating patterns in the exact space where your daily life happens. It also eliminates the stress of commuting, providing a safe, comfortable, and confidential space to heal at your own pace. If you have questions about whether telehealth is right for you, we can talk through them during our initial call.
You are welcome to send me your questions. Sending a message does not commit you to an appointment.
